Mustard is rich in glycosides - scented fragrances with sharp taste which promote the blood circulation of the skin and internal organs
Mustard oil is a "broad-spectrum natural antibiotic", helps to destroy pathogenic microorganisms and stimulates immune mechanisms and digestion in the human body
All these components create a unique flavor, aroma and color of the oil. In addition, unsaturated fatty acids creates a ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 3 omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
The mixing ratio is developed to avoid internal overdosing with mustard oil.
It is not limited. Recommended minimum daily 1-3 teaspoons.
Use of in the kitchen
